For this response, I wanted to ask you a few simple questions about how Wednesday's workshop went, what advice you got, and how you'll address it going forward. So, here's a few questions to get the ball rolling for this response:
I want this to serve as a place to think about the direction your project is headed in from here, and why that's the case, since we're rapidly coming up on the end. In the event that you missed workshops or did not receive feedback from your peers, please do respond by letting me know what your plans for the next few weeks are as the semester comes to a close. Due on Sunday, April 16th by the end of the day.

I got good feedback from my peers on my proposal. The only one lacking was the newspaper article I decided to use, some how I need to make it more creative and attention grabbing. I may keep the newspaper article or use a different media to convey my research. The plaque and letter just need to be created.

I got feedback that said my idea to create a doctor’s chart and the idea for a research proposal were good and would convey a lot of information interestingly, but that the idea for a pamphlet would be kind of ineffective, which I agree with honestly, I mean who actually reads pamphlets? So I will come up with a more effective mode of communication, and hopefully a more creative one. I had a really hard time coming up with things that are at the same time creative, interesting, and convey information effectively. I’ll polish my ideas for the doctor’s chart and a research proposal and think of the best ways to present both of those without obscuring my message.

After reading the feedback that my group gave me, I am confident that my three texts will be interesting and successful. My peers agree that they will each grab their audience's attention and display information in different ways, in order to show all the different aspects of my topic. I think that once I sort out which information will go into which text, I'll be able to get started creating my poster, brochure, and diary.

The feedback I got on my three project ideas were very positive. I had written in my proposal that I wanted to make texts that were related to the topic of my paper, so all of my texts were all oriented toward the filming industry. My peer review group seemed to like and agree that this was a good idea. I was glad to read that a few of my ideas were very creative. In my proposal I could not decide between a digital or paper version for a particular text, and I have now decided that I want to give it a digital medium. I want the text to be a review and I was not sure if I should use a general, already well-known critic or make my own. With the help of my peer review group I have decided that I will make my own critic and come up with a website title and logo. My other texts will be a poster and script. I need to figure out how I can make a catching and easy-to-read poster using word. I also need to figure out how to create a website looking logo and make an easy-to-read film critic’s review.

I received very helpful comments from my peers on my Project 3 Proposal. I feel confident about my first two texts which are a commercial and a website as my group had mostly positive opinions on the two, I just need to work on making my modes more clear. My third text, however, which is an article I think I may change as my peers raised some important questions and ideas. Some people from my group suggested that I focus on a specific case of person with dissociative identity disorder in my article and I really like that idea so I may either incorporate that into my article or my website.

Coming into class today I actually had a solid proposal and three ideas with everything about them laid out on paper. My peers looked them over and they enjoyed my ideas for the 3 texts and thought they were interesting ideas. After looking at my peers proposals and being in class today I think I may have to incorporate more info from my research paper into my texts. That is what I have to really focus on but other than that i'm excited to put my ideas to work. From here I will start to create my texts and bring them in to class.

After the workshop today with the peer groups going over the proposal for Project 3 I am confident that my ideas and forms of text using a flyer, article, and ad will be successful. The feedback I got was all positive and definetly makes me thing I am going in the right direction with relative and creative thoughts and ideas for my project. As of right now I don't have any big plans to change much in the drafting stage but I am sure I will a couple changes here and there.

As i wrote my proposal for Project 3, I was a bit unsure and skeptical about the criticisms i would receive. Luckily, most of the feedback was positive. I was told that a brochure was a great idea to get across the message of my topic, but I have to keep in mind that the brochure must flow easily. Also, I have be cautious of overwhelming the targeted audience with too much information in one small pamphlet. As for the ad I plan on creating, the feedback I got allowed me to become more confident in my choice. My peers made it clear that keeping it colorful and upbeat would be a good way to create an inviting ad and let parents and children become interested in the facility. Lastly, the fictional Instagram I plan on creating was well-liked especially with the addition of videos and detailed descriptions of what AAT has. I plan on changing a few things in my texts such as colors that i will be adding to draw peoples attention.

The feedback I received was overall really positive as well as helpful. Everyone was in favor of the different genres I chose. The billboard specifically, I will need to come up with a short slogan that catches peoples' attention. I originally thought it was a good idea to put a statistic on the billboard, but now I realize that people will not have time to read it if they are driving by. I might put it in smaller font on the board but the main focus will be a short slogan. Another idea that was presented to me was putting the mangrove brochure in marine based stores like fishing and boating places. Since some mangroves are located in shallow waters, this would make sense to put the information in places where boat owners are. This will broaden the audiences for the brochure bringing hope to the fact that more people will encounter it.

I received positive feedback from my peers on my proposal, but am still indecisive on some areas. I feel like an ad on animal cruelty for a young audience might be too harsh for them to handle, but then again it all depends on the way I approach the text and graphics. So I’m debating on either changing my audience, or a different medium on a young audience. Nonetheless, other than that issue I feel great about my project and am excited on how it will turn out!

From my peers, the feedback I got for text one was that using a cartoon to describe the issue is creative and makes the issue of my topic easy to visualize. They also said how it will make an impact on parents because it will demonstrate the effects drugs have on children. For the second text they thought that the pamphlet was a good idea, because it is more informational and goes with the serious matter of my topic. Thirdly, they said that my powerpoint presentation directed for schools and teachers is important because it is a good way to get the message across about opioids. The changes I am planning on making heading into my texts is figuring out how to create these texts and making it as easy as possible to create so it is ore efficient. I also plan on cleaning up my ideas and making my texts more concise and too the point

As I was writing my project 3 proposal, I was a little confused and wasn’t sure I was do it correctly. Luckily, my peers gave me back positive feedback and liked my ideas. For my digital billboard, they said to make it as noticeable as possible. Something that will catch the eye of a person so they can stop and think about what they just saw. My peers also liked the idea of the textbook page because some of them weren’t as educated about abortion, so they said if they had this in high school, that they would have been more informed about it, which they thought was pretty cool. The only changes that I plan on making when I start drafting would be to make my genres of text as formal but attractive as they can be. Since abortion, is a touchy subject and very sentimental, it is very hard to come across and say something as right as they can be. So with that, the only thing I would plan to do is try to make it as serious and straight forward as possible.

As far as the peer review workshop goes, I think it went very well. The people in my group were open to sharing ideas and working together to improve their project. For me specifically, my group helped change up some of my ideas for the better. More specifically, my project was originally going to be a "flyer" that indicated where one could buy drugs (based off of my research topic of drug smuggling) but they said that a more modern spin on it could be a social media post, so I decided to use instagram as an outlet.I am still a little shaky on how to present my third genre, but talking amongst my group definitely gave me some great ideas. All that there is left to do is choose!

I received positive and good feedback from my peers, as they agreed that my ideas for my three texts would work efficiently for my certain topic. They advised me to make sure that my poster needs to be bold and eye catching with bright colors. On the other hand, my textbook page and medical brochure need to be more simple and easy to read as they are directed for different audiences. I will revise my texts to fit these requirements to effectively target each audience.

To start, I was extremely vague in my proposal. We had to just give an overview about what we were going to try to do and how, but I focused more on tying it to my topic and the facts I found within my research. I plan on focusing more about the specifics of what I need to do to show the themes and communicate them to a different audience in each text. My peers made it clear to me that I needed to focus on small details. These are essential elements that will help appeal to each of the audience groups. Obviously, going forward I wish to focus on details that highlight the group of people I am trying to reach. This will help demonstrate how each mode is different and show how the ideas of it vary from each type of audience. I think I have the ideas, I just need to focus on how I express them and make sure that they support what I am trying to show. My project will be more detailed, but the ideas and media will all stay the same. This provides for an easy transition and a way to add to what I already have. I know I am ready going forward with this project.

For the most part I received positive feedback from my peers. They agreed with my ideas, and the genres I selected. I think they understood my vision, my ideas, and the way I was going to visually present them. I will be very detailed with some elements in my texts, and I made sure to include those ideas and the modes I will use to effectively deliver the information in my proposal. My peers appreciated how specific I was being with my projects and I think it proved how invested I am on this project. The only text I received constructive criticism on was my 3rd Text. For that one, I will create a printed brochure directed to young cancer patients (children and teenagers). My goal was to explain the science of my topic (scorpion venom connection to cancer) in easy, non-technical terms that allow children to understand what is happening to them. However, since kids must endure debilitating and harsh treatments and usually feel depressed when they lose their hair or lose weight, I planned on using bright colors, fun fonts, and cartoon images that rest part of their suffering and makes them less scared of their disease and more hopeful as they learn more about it. Nonetheless, I was recommended not to go with the cartoon images because this is a serious topic, and although I understand that, I still have the purpose of providing hope instead of more fear to these kids. I may make some changes to this text to combine suggestions and personal objectives.

The feedback I got from my peers was really helpful in some ways. For this project I decided to do a brochure, a diary, and make posters to put up around holocaust awareness week to better inform people on this event. For my brochure the feedback I got back was positive the only feedback I got back that was explaining to me that I needed some altering in was the color choice I decide to use. I was thinking of dark colors since it was a tragic event but my peers suggested to do some lighter colors to bring people attention in. My next idea was a diary everyone in my group seemed to enjoy that idea. Getting different holocaust survivors stories putting it into one journal. My last idea for this project was to make posters to put up around FSU campus during holocaust awareness week that show what occurred with a link where they are able to find out more information.

Overall, the feedback I received on my Project 3 Proposal from my peer review group was very positive. They were all comments supporting and encouraging my ideas about what to compose as my three genres. My peers’ comments said that my audiences were good ones to target based on my topic, and the mode and medium I wanted to compose that genre in were good ways to reach that specific audience. With this in mind, I plan to continue with my project as I have originally proposed it. I will most likely change some things along the way as I come up with different ideas on how to tweak things on my own in order to make my project the best it can be. I will start my project by making a rough draft of each genre, and then decide how I want edit it, revise it, and mold it into how I want in order to make it the best it can be.

The feedback that I got based on my research proposal was to embed the two other texts onto the first text that I am creating. The first text is a website, so I was advised to have links to the other three texts on the website, to make the project flow better. At first, I was going to only have pictures of the other three texts being advertised, but now I am going to try to have links to make them go together more. This will also make it better understood that all three texts were made by the same “company”.

Peer review was very useful because i got to share my ideas and see how other perceived them. My peer review group group gave me a lot of feedback in the aspect of what i can do to make my project look my realistic. We spitted balled ideas make and forth to one another so we could really understand there comments. From their comments i have decided on a new possible route to take my project in and I'm excited to explore it. Instead of doing a brochure i have decided to write a portion of a health journal. For one of mediums i have decided to create a well balance diet that will land even better results than these so called fad diets.

I got great feedback from my classmates on my proposal. It really helped to talk to my peers to realize that I am on the right path for this project. During the peer review they gave me some good ideas to incorporate into my three texts. I like how I can bring out my creative side with this project. While talking to them I realized that it would be most beneficial to edit my proposal stating the reason that all three of my texts relate to my topic of technology in the education system. I think this peer review was very beneficial because it helped reassure me that I am going in the right direction.

I was unable to be present for the peer review workshop on Wednesday, so I'm going to pretend I was there in order to complete this response. Also, we have done this activity before so I think it can't be too hard to use my imagination. I proposed the topic of recent birth control law changes and I would be presenting it through the mediums of either a website, poster, or print. My peers responded positively to this as they said these were all good methods of presenting information, I am going to change what audiences I present to as my peers discussed that I could utilize better ones that would make for the best synthesis of information from me to the audience.

During class workshop on Wednesday , my group worked on project 3 individually and provided assistance and asked questions where needed. For the next few weeks of class , I plan to complete and submit project 3 and revise project 2. To revise project 2, I will make corrections in the areas that I scored low in on the rubric. Though I received an 86% on project 2, I would like to revise it as I felt that my initial submission of it was an A paper. I hope to wrap up the semester with a letter grade of an A and reflect on the topic of the course, the materials we've engaged with, and the skills I have acquired throughout the semester.

The peer review I received on my project 3 proposal was very positive and well written. They gave me great ideas on what direction to take certain elements of my projects in. To revise my project I will narrow down the medium and start putting together the posters and brochures that go along with this project and really setting them to appeal to my audience.

For my proposal I got feed back from my peers later on the next week. They gave me positive feedback and thought I was on the right track for my project. After talking with you I decided to change a few things about my last text. I am deciding on what the best option will be between a flyer for a medical conference about microsurgery or a textbook page about another type of medical technology.
